I think it depends entirely on whether the Tea Party voters in his caucus are satisfied that he fought hard enough for them.

If he doesn't have their support, I have trouble seeing him get the votes, though I'm not entirely sure who the top vote getter would be. Maybe McCarthy, but I don't know if his name is well known enough to be the lead.
