here, if less than 10% of your revenue comes from food, you can apply to be smoking (I think it costs $100). but even bars like the brewery just went

smoke free. there was discussion in the downtown tavern owners' assn that the LCB might look less favorably upon bars that still had smoking when it came to things like AH violations or noise and liquor ordinance infractions.
I have no idea. I just really favor not automatically having to wash my jeans every time I go out.
