Our country has this (but it's 5%). The next county over (5 minutes from my house) doesn't have it. I hate having to think about it.

I try to stay out of the bingo hall when working because I don't want to take a shower when I get home. I was in there for 2 minutes on Sunday to get a pop and had to shower and air out my clothes when I got home.
