I think this is so unfair to the newbs. The vets have all made those mistakes in previous seasons, and have seen them first hand. The newbs are learning on the fly and are at such a disadvantage. I think she was so close to making that character awesome, just a couple bad choices, likely from spending too much time fucking around with the hair.
