I may have just bought a house

Conditional on a few things obviously but it looks good so far.
We're pretty stoked, it's only been on the market for 1 day so we jumped on it cause it's in our price range and it doesn't need a complete remodel. Everything else in our range that we've seen have needed a lot of work but this is move in ready with just a couple upgrades to be done in the future... Countertop etc.
