Ideally, yes. But you could say the same thing about Apple and countless others.

My point isn't that it shouldn't have been better, it's just that it's silly to condemn the whole program and threaten delays etc. because it didn't go smoothly. It's really not that surprising that it didn't go off without a glitch. It will get fixed. There's no reason for people to be freaking out about it.
