I've been able to get some features worked on, but I also feel like I'm not quite gelling with the development workflow. Hopefully I'll ease into it soon.

I'm really liking a lot of the stuff I'm seeing. Best practices and all that. And I seem to get along with my coworkers, although when I listen to myself/replay conversations I get a glimpse of how downright *annoying* I must be. Trying to cut down on that.
