The bummer of this whole thing is...what would the rating be if the rollout of the website has been seamless with no issues, glitches or problems.

Hell, even Jon Stewart is ripping them apart because of a shitty website.
It's just a shame to me that the whole ACA is being looked at poorly because of poor tech support.
