10 years ago it was revealed that the 3rd party vendor was giving the winning pieces to associates for a split of the winnings...that was revealed ...

after one of the 'winners' got religion in rehab and confessed. apparently the company in charge of distributing the winning pieces had been doing it for several years prior.
but that was 10 years ago
