Latest potluck dilemma - has anyone ever made stuffing in a crockpot?

We have to use a different meeting room for our Holiday Dinner this year, and it doesn't have ovens and multiple microwaves like our regular one. I'm looking for recipes I can make and keep warm for an hour or two.
