And, again, the insurers could make that clear by offering increased benefits with the increased rates. They've chosen to cut instead. The goal of

the law was to see as many people as possible covered by real insurance, not fig leaf coverage that benefited insurers and left policy holders covering their own costs when actually needing the coverage.

That people now faced with this are blaming the government just shows how stupidly myopic too many Americans are,
