Meh. There's two things going on in that video. Her behavior, and the elevator's behavior.

Her behavior can be explained with two words: She's stoned.
Initially, she looks like she's playing hide-and-seek. The way she peeks outside the elevator and leans against the wall. Her hand gestures aren't all that unusual to me, especially if she's on some kind of drug. But even then, I've seen many shy and introverted persons who fiddle with their hands when they speak.
As for the elevator: It's been stopped for whatever reason. Maybe someone in the hall keeps pressing the elevator call button. Maybe she pressed the elevator stop button. She was clearly looking for a very specific button when she first entered the elevator.
So I posit: She walked ahead of someone and called the elevator. When the elevator arrived, she held the elevator by pressing the stop button and then playfully waited for them to arrive. After a few moments, she stepped out into the hall because her partner was not yet coming, and eventually abandoned the elevator entirely and it left.
