NATO is an integrated millitary allience and you need spies to prevent from attack fro member nations there?

you say they might attack the US.....and you demand people to stay on agenda?
you do know there is a NATO officer in all central commands of every NATO country right? you know all millitary plans are known in NATO? you do know all millitary purchaces are known in NATO? you do know that NATO's Central command know all major excercises and movements of units right?
