Can you find a "settings" menu option? Because I don't have one under the Friends menu or Gear menu of a person's Profile page.

I see these three things directly to the right of the person's name

"Following" with toggles to "Follow" if I click it.
"Friends" which offers "Get notifications" which toggles on or off. The various lists I can assign the friend to. "Suggest Friends", "See Friendship", "Report/Block" and "Unfriend"

Then the third thing is Message with the Gear next to it and the Gear menu doesn't have any settings option, either
