But it really was in ways that people aren't recognizing. The plans changed. Coverages changed. Costs changed. People thought they had the same

plan because they were with the same insurer, but they really weren't the same plans. If they were they would be grandfathered. People are just focusing on this now because of the change in law. Admittedly the changes may be larger now (often in very positive ways), but this is not something that's happening for the first time.
