consultants to help us understand. We would tweak our plan every year to address the needs of employees and to try to keep prices down. At some point the insurance company decided we weren't large enough to have a custom plan. They basically told us we had to stick with the plan we have, exactly, or go to one of their pre-packaged plans. This shit has always gone on. It's just the awareness that's heightened right now.
