We had years with 20% increases and years with 0% increase (including, by the way, this year). By far the biggest factor was claims history.

A partner with cancer and another with back surgery in the same year and our rates skyrocket. A year where everyone stays pretty healthy and they stay more static. There are a lot of things going on here and that always have. They're getting a lot of attention now and, no question, there are some things related to just the law that are having impact (like minimum coverages). I really believe that this will all sort out and settle with experience (and prove to be positive) once we all settle in with it.
