I gave it up almost completely last year. Only occassionally drink it when eating out or on weekends. But I've gotten to the point

where a single soda mid-afternoon or later will fuck up my ability to sleep properly for a couple days. It's the only caffeine I consume, so I need to just eliminate soda entirely or get the caffeine free varieties.

Giving up caffeine was the best thing I ever did for my sleep regularity and quality of sleep.
