Hayden was right not to switch. He would have had to survive one challenge - against Laura, who is good at puzzles, and John, who has been soon really well on RI. Then he'd have had to win the next challenge to stay in the game. And he'd have screwed over his alliance in the process.
The women know they only have to last a short time before the merge, so winning challenges is not a priority. And Tina and Monica want to connect with their original alliance, and Vytas wants to connect with Aras. The tribe switch was three days ago - there's no real "loyalty"
Vytas is very good, but I think he is going to get caught out one day.
