There are always a few exceptions every year, but for the most part, the list of participants stays the same from year to year. I went through the participant lists for this year's Summer Stalker and 2012/2011 Secret Stalkers to make sure there weren't any repeats. Still, one might have slipped through and I missed it.
If you have a repeat from last year, please let me know so I can make a switcheroo. Otherwise, just know that you might wind up with someone you had a few years back. I'm trying my best not to let that happen, though...
