Also, there's video proof (via Hard Knocks) that Ray was wrong about no hazing in Baltimore.

I know rookies had to sing their school song, but can't remember the punishment if they failed. Rookies had to get food for veterans and carry veterans bags. Siragusa had them weighing in in place of him (he was supposed to be below a certain weight). And at least one guy was taped to the goal post.
