so, for those playing along at home with the condo-viewing adventures, we have basically decided to make an offer on of two units.

both in the same building. but we literally have not seen the second. it is essentially the same layout as the first and close to the same price but, obviously, we need to see both to make a decision (both need work - we will just pick the one that feels better.)

the one we have seen is, once again, making it impossible to get into, for whatever crazy reason she has. We want to see both, one after the other, to make a fair decision. This isn't crazy right? I mean, if you spending hundreds of thousands, seeing something a second time is not unreasonable, right?
