the first time it was a chinese landlord who spoke no english
the 2nd time which was our best deal the place was in probate, the agent office was total opposite side of town and only open 9-5 weekdays, a half hour 45min drive to get there, get the key, go look, come back again. so few had done all that that they LOWERED the price and because of her, we got into a huge flat at the edge of pacific heights at half the going rate then.
