Why would somebody say that unless they were either covering for Incognito or looking ot perpetuate this junk? I would venture that there is something inherently wrong with that place that Martin either couldn't report this to the team or was afraid to or did say something and was ignored summarily and told to tough it out.

He probably just wants out.
