One more suggestion: If you aren't in love with ATT, cancel because they are required to have cable cards but don't.

They should waive the termination fee. I would go the social media route rather than a phone call. Companies are exponentially more sensitive to those kinds of complaints.
I researched a minute before posting this. ATT knows they are in a sketchy situation with the FCC so I doubt they fight you on the $180.
