Can we talk about drinks and the amount of calories in them? I'm getting tired (already?!) of only water but holy cow....

I was drinking only diet soda (and as discussed far too much of it) so I am used to drinks* being zero calories in my diet.
While getting breakfast this morning, I looked through the non-soda drink options. The little frapuccino bottles were 180-200 calories each. The Strawberry Milk was 360 (!).
I wound up with a Vitamin Water (not the zero kind, I'm trying to avoid artificial sweeteners as part of this) and even it was 180 calories, but at least had flavor.
How can little drinks have that many calories?!
*the non-alcoholic kind

This topic is something Kim has preached to me. I shouldn't drink my calories.

I drink nothing but water, skim milk, and Powerade (the variety that has 80 calories per quart). (Plus beer, wine, etc. of course.) -- nm
