This was a mall I rarely go to, but they are the closest for a particular store I thought would be good for what I wanted.

After taking forever to find a parking space - and walking across the mall on my "not broken" toe I received such crappy customer service I walked out and came home with nothing. And businesses complain they're losing out to online shoppers.
