Yup. GotG is out next year and then Avengers 2015 and this was clearly to set-up a chunk of GotG. With collecting the six gems, having one and knowing where the sixth already is, we have to believe that GotG will deal with a chunk of it (since we know A2 is Ultron based so this will not be a major part of it). I would assume A3 will be Thanos with the gauntlet.
