Posted by

if my qualified education expenses exceed the limit for the tuition and fees deduction ($4000), can I then use the remainder of my expenses for a Lifetime Learning Credit? or would this be considered a double benefit?

Interest is easy, each lender will send you a 1098-E showing the interest you paid.
