Kaepernick would be last imo -- he's had the fewest quality games.
Then you have Luck/RG3 where they don't have consistent longevity...
I'd put him just ahead of Newton/Stafford where his overall results don't quite match their #'s, but getting to the postseason and winning there is more valuable than the stats accrued.
