This is a primarily red state with strong Tea Party presence (opposition to public funds being "wasted")
Metro Atlanta barely won a long very public fight to keep the Falcons downtown, and this was kept completely under wraps
The new stadium currently has no public transit connection
The new stadium would be in my home county
