I bought a few Wal-Mart pre-orders from her. She provided a list of codes. One of them didn't work. I emailed about it and before she asked for further details, she said "There are no refunds." So I got pissed because she gave me a code that didn't work then wouldn't even talk about it. What I eventually realized is that one of the codes she had sent me was for Marvel.com rather than a UV code. When I tried another, it worked fine but when I apologized for my mistake, that only made her angrier. We wound up exchanging 40 emails over a basic misunderstanding and I walked away thinking she was too crazy to deal with. YMMV. Again, the initial mistake was mine.
