3rd map shows that democrats are showing up to vote that might not have voted the last time, more so than republicans, it shows motivation, anger

it was said that despite all the anti bush sentiment it was not so much that obama won the election cause of all the new energized voters but more of a factor that the republicans were so meh about McCain
