Okay, I'm so confused. This makes no sense to me. The testing strips that I use with my insulin pump are not a "preferred" brand of strip, which means

the copay is always pretty high. Right now I pay $90 for a two month supply of strips.

At the beginning of the week I received a phone call from a rep at the medical supply company, inquiring about my request for more pump supplies. While I had him on the phone, I asked if he would look into the cost of the test strips if I was to order them from the supply company as well. I know sometimes the copay is a bit lower if you order a medication by mail. He said he'd check into it and would get back to me. I mentioned that I just picked up a reorder of strips last week, so I wasn't asking for this current order, it would be for future orders since I now have a two month supply of strips at home. I doubt insurance would cover another order a week later!

Well...I received a box from the supply company today. I assumed it was pump supplies. Nope. It was a SIX MONTH supply of strips. A note on the invoice indicates the strips
