I had a very, very good idea after the first 2 or 3 times I asked on Saturday that things were not kosher.

Her answers weren't consistent. And she had several opportunities to say she didn't have her book. Since the book is supposed to be on-line (we did not know until this evening that it seems to be borked) it would have been no issue at all to do the work.
