I use it when I make french onion soup, I add it to the onions when I am prepping them, and I add some to my homemade marinara sauces, but that is about it.

Responses:

I cook chicken with balsamic - or use it in marinades. Salmon would taste great with the maple balsamic I bought over the weekend as a base. - elf kelly Nov 18, 09:42 1
