I do like using them as salad dressings as well. I like using the balsamics with kielbasa, onions and peppers.

I'll use a fruity one. Gives it a nice flavor.

I bought red apple and maple syrup infused balsamics, and an oil called gremolata. It is just various herbs, seems pretty versatile.
