I don't mind the concept of the fillibuster as it was previously used. Something that was only used for something that people were willing to lay on

the tracks to prevent. It keeps one side from trampling the other. It's just lost its meaning. I'd like to see usage like NFL challenges. You get so many a year. Use them wisely.
