In response to "I kind of enjoy putting my boss on the spot during performance evaluation by asking, "What exactly should I improve to earn an 'excedes standard' on" by mara

They've changed our evaluation rating scale from 1 - 5 (5 being Awesome) to...

1 - 3 (3 being Awesome).

So now instead of 3s, 4s and 5s on my evaluation I got a bunch of 2s.

Thanks for lumping me in with "Colleen" as average. If you think I'm average I'd love to see what you consider on either end of the scale from that.
