so I've tossed out all the VCR tapes we have in the house except for 3.

1) wedding video
2) my original un-Lucas fucked up Star Wars tapes

3) a video on the trip my wife and PIL took down Mount Washington without any brakes. The FAVOUR is to see if this is on the web somewhere. Aired on May 19, 1997 on WCVB TV under the caption Believe It or Not.

        The magnetic film will *LITERALLY* slide off the tape. Stacking them vertically like books is the best way to preserve them. - Mop (200 lbs) Nov 23, 19:22
