well, if / when Scotland goes independant, I don't think it'll be that big a deal. they already have a Parlaiment in place that...

makes up some of their laws and what not now. I think it's just structured to where they recognize "British law" first ... I think independence will largely just mean setting up their own laws first and then smoothing things out with England as far as what laws supercede what.
