I expect so - immigration and defence, for example. Scotland would also be bound by the UK's foreign policy and treaty obligations

But those can't be devolved.
Anyway, Scotland has a lot of devolved powers - including tax setting powers. I'm not sure what additional powers would satisfy those wanting full independence. (Immigration isn't an issue the way it is in Quebec)
