I am taking the glucosamine pills, it helps a little bit.
My options were go for a total replacement, and expect to have another one every 10-15 years. (At the time, I was 35, so looking at another 4 surgeries in my lifetime on it was not preferrable)
Or go the implant route, which was a long, long rehab time, and I was supposed to be much better off than I am currently, which was not due to lack of rehab work by me.
