Question for the ST fitness group and any of the newer dads....

Maybe a weird question but is it possible to lose a significant amount of weight by making only one very small change in a lifestyle?

I have lost over 20 pounds or about 10% of my body weight since the early spring of this year. The ONLY thing that changed was that I spent usually 30 minutes a day outside with Princess Disney. There was definetly physical activity but nothing I would consider strenuous or intense.

Is this sort "normal?" For many years I was very thin and then plateaued around a certain small range for over five years.

Any insights from anyone is welcome.
