I know this is a hot topic so I may reverse course on this but for now...CDP is fair game on 50:50.

let's limit it to 50:50 and that rob player from CDP as he was a problem if I remember correctly?
lock down cobra's port and then rob's.
But otherwise focus on cobra and EMP. There is no restriction on EMP. In fact, open warfare on them may get them to crack sooner rather than later. And I'm thinking if we show CDP we're not to be trifled with they may back down, reach out to us, etc. I'd like to see if we can get them to sit out any hostilities so we can focus on EMP. But again, what happens with CDP depends on their actions in the coming hours and days.
