Do we need more army or navy? I probably should focus on rebuilding only one of those at this point.

I've told Mel, but I'll be AFK from Saturday-Wednesday this week and all the following week. I'll try to stay off v-mode to keep 60:53 open for staging/probing 60:50 if pacrat stays in v-mode.
