see, this is the problem, all the idiot owners who open up the pockets for these guys.

they should all agree to not be fucking stupid with contracts, because what this does, is not so much the top tier guys, but the mid tier guys now expect more money.
This is how Darren Driefort and Gil Meche get 55 million.
