Cochran - full of himself, but has good observations about the game
Tyson - gets caught up in his persona, can be an asshole, but generally OK. There have been a bunch of scenes this season that have humanised him
Coach - delusional, but basically good-hearted
Russell - evil troll, but at least he tries to play Survivor
Phillip - delusional to the extent that Coach looks comparatively normal
Brandon - the guy just needs help
