Sure but that's a lot of pieces. Do they just blow the $185m cap? I doubt it since they'll be able to spend even more next year if they don't. Also

if they stay under the $185m they don't pay a penalty so to them the deals are worth even more if they stay under.
They'll rebuild this year with an eye on next season for better talent. Every other team should be worried that they Yankees are getting smarter and yet still willing to spend. If they limit the length of the deals they can give away a lot more money.
