the games have to be over by 11pm on the east coast... can't imagine they'd play through midnight

The other years they are on 1/1 which makes a lot more sense.

    - This year, there are four bowl games on 12/31. In ET, they air at 12:00, 2:00, 4:00, 8:00 -- nm - ty97 Dec 7, 17:08 3
